Central Massachusetts - Hospitalist Opportunity!!
Program Overview/Job Description:
· 7 on / 7 off block schedule
· 15 shifts per month average
· 10 hour shift / Paid for 12 hours
· Average daily census of 12
· 12 hours of on call
· 25-bed hospital
· Admitting medical and surgical patients 16 years of age and older (adult)
· Coordinating with patient’s PCP, hospital, and/or health plan for all ancillary services related to inpatient episode and all discharge planning needs
· Open ICU-Hospitalists admit patients to ICU and are required to do procedures
· Hospitalist will run codes and are part of the rapid response team

Minimum Qualifications:
· MD or DO
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
· Eligible to work in the United States. H1B Sponsorship is available
· Ability to work as a team member
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
