Medical Center is currently recruiting for Board Certified/ Board Eligible Family Practitioners to join the largest independent practice in Northwest Pennsylvania. Group currently employs 17 well-respected physicians, with offices in the city as well as many of the surrounding boroughs.
The ideal physician will enjoy a substantial financial package which includes a one year income guarantee, with potential salary based on productivity. Benefits include paid health insurance, medical malpractice, 3 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks CME with an average of $5000 towards CME and 10 days of paid sick leave.
The average patient load is 25-30 per day with 23% of patients between the ages of 0-18, 59% between 18-65 years old and 18% of patients over the age of 65. Call will be 1:3. Full specialist support is available for the physician. Equal partnership will be available after two years of employment with pension and profit sharing programs available after the first year of employment.
