Incredible Psychiatry Opportunities in Beautiful North Idaho (Metro Population over 1/2 million)!!
2 Openings Available: BC/BE Adult Psychiatrist and BC/BE Child & Adol Psychiatrist are needed for hospital employed salaried positions with optional incentives for greater productivity. Full-time positions with 1X/month weekend call as well as telephone 1:4 evening call on Monday-Thursday. Call rotation would decrease to 1:5 with the addition of another Psychiatrist.
Adult Psychiatry:
Physicians would spend approximately 50% of their time on the Adult In patient Unit at Behavioral Health Center. With a bed capacity of 22 and an average daily census of 15, physician would share a 1:3 in patient assignment rotation. The unit is staffed with Master’s prepared Social Workers and Counselors, RN’s, Case Managers, Rec Therapist and other highly trained staff.
Physician would spend the additional 50% of their time at our out-patient clinic providing consultation and follow up services for mental health patients.The opportunity will be highly structured from a time perspective with the physician being involved with all aspects of their ongoing role utilizing their time as effective as possible.
