Interventional Cardiology Opportunity in Western Pennsylvania!!
– Experienced Invasive or Interventional Cardiologist needed to join 2 non-invasive Cardiologists in existing private practice (1 in 3 on call); replacing a physician who relocated due to retirement plans. Busy outpatient and inpatient practice (consulting only) with opportunity to interpret ECGs, echos and nuclear studies. Well equipped and underutilized cath lab; no other Invasive Cardiologists or Interventional Radiologists. Established defibrillator program with visiting Cardiac Electrophysiologist. Can have a key role in the hospital’s efforts to start an interventional program without open heart surgery on site. Ten-bed multipurpose ICU and large telemetry unit. Hospital employment and educational loan forgiveness available.
