New (NP or PA) Opportunity in Metro/Suburban Philadelphia, PA!!
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Needed:
Schedule - Monday through Friday - 8hr days (no weekends/no holidays)
Call - initially no call, once through orientation (90 days) and feels comfortable - will have candidate take call at the facility until 6 each evening.
Compensation - $75,000 +
Benefits - health insurance for employee, long term disability
PTO-we still break down as sick and vacation - vacation is 3 weeks per year and sick is accumulated at the rate of approx 1 day per month (after first 90 days) to a max of 20 days
Responsibilities - treat our residents in long term facilities, most of this candidates time will be spent at one facility, PA will be responsible for most of the skilled, LTC and AL residents. Will also spend time at one or two other facilities for a few hours per week if that is something that the candidate is interested in.
Staff Size - we have approximately 30 employees - 5 physicians, 9pa's, 1 NP, 1 RN, 3 social workers, billers, receptionists and an MA. We have 2 locations but this candidate would not be in office. However the office staff is available to assist with any issues - billing, insurance, pre-certs, prior auths, social work/paperwork issues.
Start Date - immediatly.
Types of Cases - geriatric-skilled care, long term care, assisted living and independent living. Can do some homebound if interested.
