New: Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Northeast Utah!!
We are looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner who is interested in working in a established clinic on the hospital campus since one has moved due to a changing family situation. A candidate with a Primary Care background would be preferable. We need a NP who is currently practicing or is out of school and available immediately. This is a hospital employed position. Standard business hours, M-F. Negotiable salary of about $90 - $95K with production incentive representing another 25% of the base. Relocation of around $5k - $10K. Negotiable student loan repayment available with a 5 year contract. It has not been determined if there will be call but if call is involved it will be 1:4 Saturdays from 9 am – 1 pm. Will have physician support but no oversight or supervision. Duties include but not limited to a wide variety of primary care with a narrow scope of outpatient procedures. Any procedures done will be primarily minor surgery procedures and procedures associated with Occupational Health. Lab and radiology are referred to the hospital. State of the art work space and EMR. Average number of visits/day are 25-30.
