New Opportunity (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) near Harrisburg & Reading, PA!!
Schedule - Monday through Friday - 8hr days (no weekends/no holidays)
Call -initially no call, once through orientation (90 days) and feels comfortable - will have candidate take call at the facility until 6 each evening.
Compensation -$75,000
Benefits -health insurance for employee, long term disability
PTO -we still break down as sick and vacation - vacation is 3 weeks per year and sick is accumulated at the rate of approx 1 day per month (after first 90 days) to a max of 20 days
Responsibilities -treat our residents in long term facilities, most of this candidate's time will be spent at one facility in - will be responsible for most of the skilled, LTC and AL residents. Will also spend time at one or two other facilities for a few hours per week if that is something that the candidate is interested in.
Staff size -we have approximately 30 employees in our group - 5 physicians, 9pa's, 1 NP, 1 RN, 3 social workers, billers, receptionists and an MA. We have 2 locations but this candidate would not be in office. However the office staff is available to assist with any issues - billing, insurance, pre-certs, prior auths, social work/paperwork issues.
Start date -immediately.
Types of cases - geriatric-skilled care, long term care, assisted living and independent living. Can do some homebound if interested.
