7 on/off Schedule, Night Shifts only

Radiology - MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN ALL MODALITIES
Hospital Employed - Medical School Loan Repayment up to $200,000
Open to Fellowship Training in: Interventional, Breast, Thoracic, Nuclear, MSK, or Cross-Sectional.

GROUP PRACTICE INFO
Current staffing with 8 radiologists:
1. 6:00a.m. – 3 p.m. (1 radiologist)
2. 7:30a.m. – 4:30p.m. (2 rad);
3. 9:00a.m. – 5p.m. (1 rad)
4. 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. (1 Breast Center Radiologist)
5. 3p.m. – 10p.m. weekdays and then on call at home til 6:00 a.m., on call Sat & Sun (1 rad)
Nighthawk services 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. weekdays and 5p.m. – 8a.m. weekends.

Number of Reads: group averages 133,000 annually. Averaging 100 cases per radiologist a day

Film-less and paperless department has a volume of over 120,000 reads and includes 3 MRI’s (1.5T Phillips Achieva / 1.5T Toshiba Titan / Toshiba 1.5 T Altas), 1 – 64 Slice CT (Toshiba Aquillion) currently being replaced with a Philips 256, 2- 256 Philips (one located within ED). On-site PET/CT (Philips Gemini 16 TOF), Digital Mammography ( Selenia Hologic FFDM) with Stereotactic Suite and 2 dedicated Ultrasound suites located in the Breast Center, 3 2 Dual head gamma cameras in MI and 2 Cardiac dedicated GE Ventri, and 3 (Philips iU22) Ultrasound system. All Agfa systems: IMPAX, RIS/PACS, and TALK voice recognition.

BENEFITS:
Employment Opportunity: Base salary ranges between $438,000 - $611,000 (not yet boarded is 5% less), additional compensation commensurate with experience.

Schedule: 7 on, 7 off – nighthawk shift

Vacation: shared equally with group
CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5,000.
2 year contract also includes:
Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $16,500 year before taxes. No matching.
Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $16,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $22,000 for over age 50. Medical Center matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay (max of $4,900 and $10,400 respectively)
Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate
Health Insurance: physician pays small premium, deducted from paycheck

Non-compete: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause
Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)

Signing Bonus: 15% of base pay (up to $50,000 max) forgiven over a 3 year period.
