Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity - Only 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore, Maryland!!
Seeking a BC/BE pediatrician. The potential candidate must have completed an ACGME accredited pediatric residency. The ideal candidate would fit in well with our team of skilled, enthusiastic and collegial pediatricians who provide compassionate and thorough care to our patients. This would be an employed opportunity, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Our pediatric medical team, consisting of on-site pediatric hospitalists and trained pediatric nurses, provides 24/7 coverage. Pediatric services consists of the Family Birthplace, Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN) and pediatric ward. The SCN cares for premature infants from about 32 weeks gestational age, or around 1500 grams. Our pediatric ward has 12 beds, and we admit general pediatric patients. We also cover the Emergency Department for consults and admissions.
The city is only 30 minutes from Baltimore and 1 hour from Washington DC.
