Private Group of 14 physicians. Well Established. 2 Pediatricians in practice. Office building is located adjacent to hospital. Hospital does around 600 deliveries / year. Level I nursery - all high risk is shipped out. Osteopathic Medical School in community with Pediatricians on staff. They share in call, but do not keep full-time clinical practice (not competition). Income guarantee model from hospital. Competitive financial package based on MGMA. 1 year track to partnership. See about 15-30 patients per day. 4.5 day work week. All pediatric sub-specialty needs to go to Roanoke, VA.
