The General Pediatrics position is full time, immediate opening. Board certified or completed a residency in Pediatrics with competency in New Born Nursery care; able to intubate and put in lines. Hospital call is 1:3. Peds attend approx 25-30% of births. Triage nurses answer first-line phone calls at night. Electronic Medical Records. Single Hospital Affiliation. Employed position, malpractice paid, benefits include health, dental, short term and long term disability, retirement 403B plan, vacation and CME, recruitment incentives, relocation allowance. Medical Center is a 268-bed tertiary care hospital serving a 14-county area encompassing a population of 275,000 in northern Arkansas and southern Missouri.
