Primary Care Opportunity - 90 minutes from San Diego, California!!
"Will consider Internal Medicine or Family Medicine candidates. Physicians can be residents or practicing physician; Board Eligible or Board Certified. This area qualifies for J-1 waiver status so J-1 candidates will be considered. Spanish speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
Practice Specifics: This is a salaried position which can either remain salaried or become partners.
This is a traditional practice with both inpatient and outpatient duties. The majority of the practice is outpatient. Each physician takes care of his/her own patients during the week. Weekend call coverage is 1-4 or 5. The practice consists of one Boarded Internal Medicine physician; one boarded Family Practice physician; and one Physician Assistant besides office help.
The key to this opportunity is having a physician who is very interested in being a team player. The practice dynamics are cohesive and pleasant. The practice currently is housed in one office, but is looking strongly at opening a second office.
Financial Package: There will be a strong financial package with Salary starting at $180K and full benefits."
