Pulmonary/Critical Care Intensivist Needed in PA - Near Pittsburgh!!
Hospital is seeking two BC/BE Intensivists with fellowship training in Pulmonology and Critical Care to join hospital affiliated group. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of experience with systems, quality, and protocols delivering high quality care in a 12 bed open ICU. The successful candidates will work with three other physicians and a CRNP to cover the ICU, pulmonology consults, and work in an outpatient pulmonology clinic. Sleep is optional. Physician must be comfortable with the following procedures: Intubation, vent management, central lines, arterial lines, hemodialysis catheter, thoracentesis, bronchoscopy, chest tubes, pleural biopsy, electrolyte management, and management of patients suffering from a drug overdose, CHF and shock. The current call expectation is 1:3.
