Seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to Practice in Southern West Virginia!!
Hospital employed setting (candidate interested in some medical Cardiology would be a plus, but not required)
Joining employed physician – located one mile from hospital campus
Office space available for incoming physician
Current Call: 1 in 5
This is a traditional setting (inpatient / outpatient mix).
There is one other active Internist on staff.
Reason for need: Dr. who practices general Internal Medicine and does some Cardiology (reads stress tests and echo) is closing his practice to being work as an ED physician.
There is a lot of potential for OP testing for stress tests and echo, and Occupational Medicine (workplace physicals).
