The riverfront community has homes that are over 100 years old in historic downtown. There are many different types of housing available all within a 15 mile radius of the hospital. These include riverfront, rural, and suburbia. Or, if one likes the old home feel, downtown has some homes available as well.
This is a 4 day work week, hospital-employed internal medicine job in Indiana. It can be hospital and practice or 100% outpatient only. Call share is 1:3 and is completed with experienced physicians. These physicians are also available to cover a schedule when needed. You would be joining a medical staff that has been working in the area for over 20 years and are ready to help a new internist adjust. Four weeks of vacation are also provided.
The base salary for this internal medicine job in Indiana is $190,000 a year with the option to earn more. Currently, our interests are earning anywhere between $260,000 to $450,000 per year. You will be working in a 212,000 square foot hospital with state of the art EMR, equipment and emergency room.
Benefits include $10,000 relocation reimbursement and a CME allowance of $4,000 and one week off. Medical, dental, and retirement plans are included. Indiana is rated one of the top three states to practice medicine in. Do not miss out!
