The salary is competitive (over $160K), and there is a great productivity bonus ($20K +). We have 4 weeks combined vacation/CME, 2K toward CME, 11 paid holidays, no weekend office hours, no hospital required, just phone call about every 8 weeks, we pay licensing, DEA and association fees, FTCA malpractice coverage, contribute 6% to the 403B retirement plan, health, life and disability insurance, etc. Loan repayment.
