""I have two offices looking for Traditional Family Practice.
Inpatient and outpatient.
Call will be 1:4 with one and 1:6 with the other.
Unassigned ER call will be 1:7 or 1:8.
Salary will be about $180-185K range...(above mgma)
The docs will be employed, hospital provides Income guarantee for first year. Other options can be discussed.
One of the offices does a lot of ancilliary services in office.
