Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Western North Dakota!!

12-Hours Shifts
•25-bed hospital with 4-bed open ICU
•Flexible block scheduling and supportive administrative team.
•APP's onsite during peak hours
•The typical inpatient census is 8-15 patients per day.
•Admissions 2-3 day
•EMR: Meditech
•Provide care to a variety of patients with acute concerns that can vary greatly - mild to complex.
•Expedited hospital credentialing with the completed application
•FP/IM with current board certification and 2 years of recent EM experience

Full-Time 1099 Contractor: Living in the Community
• Base Comp = $300/hr.which is a Base of $290/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus = $50K- Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
• Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
• Professional Liability Insurance
• 12 hr. Shifts
• Block Shifts

Full-Time & Part-Time 1099 Contractor: Travel-PRN
• Base Comp = $285/hr. which is a Base of $275/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Professional Liability Insurance
• 12 hr. Shifts
• Travel and Lodging
• 1 Year contract
• Will be put on the schedule first.
• Block Shifts

FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:
• Base Comp = $290/hr. which is a Base of $280/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus = $50K-Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
• Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
• 12 hr. Shifts
• CME = $5K annually
• Employer Paid Health Insurance (HSA Option)
