General ÒBread and ButterÓ Surgeon is needed immediately to replace a General Surgeon who is leaving. This is a fabulous opportunity for the surgeon who would like the opportunity to stay busy and keep their skills sharp while enjoying the wonderful location and all of the outdoor recreation it has to offer. Ideal candidate would be one who is experienced and self directed with a wide range of procedures that he/she can offer. Candidate needs to be able to do basic gut work, but can also do some trauma, thoracic, colo-rectal, plastics, etc if wanted. The ability and willingness to do scopes is an important part of the qualification for this position. Contract calls for around $400K a year salary, plus a bonus of 95% of revenue the practice generates, plus pay for call with full benefits package as hospital employee. Sign on Bonus available. Call paid if they have 24/7 call. Call is $115 a day during a weekday, $230 for a weekend day, including Friday, and $275 for a holiday. Call is 1:2. Need a candidate with a clean background with no issues, no databank, good mal practice history, no license restrictions or suspensions or probations, solid job history, and above all quality surgical skills and outcomes with a good beside manner and very high patient satisfaction scores.
