Practice is in a small farming community next to Dayton. Replacing physician that is leaving to be closer to home.
Practice hours: 36 hours/wkly. Physician would not be expected to provide hospital coverage. Current physician sees a few patients in the nearby Retirement Community, 10 minutes from practice. Not a must, but would be an opportunity to generate additional income and differentiate practice from other practices, i.e., does provide ""nursing home"" services.
Phone Call Coverage Arrangement: Currently shares coverage with nearby group.

Revenue: Center's estimated annual gross revenues $653,000.
Recruitment: Primary Care - Family practice, internal medicine, or IM/Peds physician. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Important that physician has an interest in the gerontology population inasmuch as almost 50% of population is Medicare. Currently, physician sees a few pediatric patients. Opportunity to grow revenues for physician who is interested in performing procedures, i.e., trigger point injections, manipulations, minor surgeries (derm, minor suturing, and biopsies), etc.
Compensation: For a physician with practice experience, one year guaranteed income of at least $160,000 (providing full practice to successful candidate). Potential compensation could be $160,000-$200,000 and higher.
