Client based close to Gainesville, FL is looking for a Pediatrician!!
Base pay would be $160,000 and could be more or less depending on experience. There is also a bonus component based upon number of patients seen. We are also eligible for the loan repayment program through the National Service Corps. We have the standard 401k and health insurance. We are located 30-40 minutes outside of Gainesville, FL.
Outpatient based and with limited call. Providers share a cell phone every 4 or 5 weeks. Providers get very few calls as we have an automated service which takes most of the calls.
Per client... docs have hit $30k in bonus for seeing an avg of 30 encounters a day. We've even had docs work overtime and earn more bonus. The demand is there to support the numbers.

*MUST BE PERSONABLE
*IT'S A PRIMARY CARE CLINIC; MON THRU FRI 8 am to 5 pm, 1 Sat per month
