CRNA Opportunity in Southern Indiana - Between Louisville & Cincinnati!!
Fulltime
Will be Employed by the Hospital
1. Base Pay: $170,000
2. Sign on Bonus
3. Call Coverage: 1 in 6.
Weekday Call:
1st call: 1 In 6
2nd call: 1 in 6
2 calls per week (one 1st call & one 2nd call)
Weekend call: 1st call 1 in 6
2nd call 1 in 6
Call from home
Hours: Monday through Friday – start time 7:00 a.m.
Surgeon Supervision
Must be able to work and function independently.
4. Vacation time: 6 weeks
5. CME Hours: 40 hours of CME time off per year.
6. CME & Dues allowance: $4,000 per year.
7. Moving expenses up to $10,000
8. Pension
9. Other – Hospital pays Malpractice, Licensure, DEA, CSR, etc.
*Close proximity to Cincinnati & Louisville.
