Emergency Medicine Opportunities - Illinois/Suburban St. Louis - Great hourly pay!!
Must be B/C by ABEMS....... residency can be IM or FP, as long as B/C EM
25 minutes to St Louis... need Locums and permanent. (Locums open from now thru next March)
They are expanding the practice model due to increased volume
The current staff is comprised of 12 fulltime Physicians--all B/C.

Facility Description:
.340-Bed Hospital
.38 ED Beds total, 30 equal size and all time use beds + 4 Fast Track Rooms + 4 Holding beds
.2009 Volume was 60,500 and 2010 volume was 62,400 +.
.10hr shifts
ER Staff:
PA coverage is for 24 hours a day. The PA's cover the fast track what is open and work in the main ED areas for the duration of the night shift. There has been a recent addition of a Nurse Practitioner for 12 hours on 2-3 days /week for a total of 36 hours/day of midlevel provider

Salary is in the $200 per hour range, depending on credentials
