Employed as part of the 27 employed physician multi-specialty group; 15 PCP’s.
Current family practice department of 6 physicians
Hospitalist program for inpatient care
One of three options:
1) Join one family practitioner at the satellite office. Newly remodeled facility to accommodate another physician. Office generates a very high patient volume.
2) Join two family practitioners at the satellite office. Plans to expand this office to accommodate a third FP and a NP and/or PA. Very high volume of patients
3) Join 6 family practitioners at the main campus
1 to 10 Call schedule (Includes the three new physicians)
Will consider H-1B Visa

· Cost of living comparable or lower than published index
· Lake Erie community surrounded by wineries and vineyards
· Yacht clubs, marinas, beaches, golf courses, trails, parks for cycling, running and horseback riding
· Major metropolitan areas less than 1 hour away in nearby Cleveland, Ohio & Erie, Pennsylvania, including shopping, professional sports, concert venues, theaters, and museums. 3 hours to the Canadian border and only 4 hours southwest of Toronto
