Office Location/Description:
3 offices / 4 exam rooms
Hours: Monday / Thursday 2-5pm
Tuesday / Friday 9:30 Ð 12noon
Full time manager / 6 part-time employees
Practice details: Physician owned practice
Scope: consultations, minor procedures, US guided bx, General Surgery with focus on advanced laparoscopy and oncology.
Overhead: 30%
Typical schedule per wk: 4 part-time office days, 4.5 surgery days
Hospital Services: Operating Rooms: 14
4,500 inpatient surgeries annually
9,500 outpatient surgeries annually
Reason for Search: Growth
Salary Range: Competitive (to be discussed with group)
Incentive: Production based after year one
Option for Partnership: Yes Ð 2.5 years.
Benefits (from hospital): Hospital is assisting group by providing a monthly subsidy for the first year of practice covering all reasonable overhead expenses and income.
