Geriatrician needed to join a busy Senior Care Team!
Our Team seeks to add a BC/BE physician that specializes in Geriatric medicine. The program is expanding to meet the needs of the community and Medical Center.
Currently, the Senior Care Team consists of (3) boarded Geriatricians and as many as (3) Advanced Clinical Practitioners. Medical Center is a full service medical center trying to better integrate senior care into the system. The Team provides patient care in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing and long term care facilities, as well as, seeing patients in their outpatient clinic. Call is shared with the group and involves mostly phone work.
