GI Opportunity in Metro Birmingham, Alabama!!
· 4 person group
· Single specialty, practice established in 1975
· Full service general gastroenterology practice with Hepatology, advanced endoscopy with ERCP & endoscopic ultrasound
· Candidate only needs to be B/E or B/C in Gastroenterology, willing to develop a general practice with a Women’s Health Component, experienced or new grad, MD or DO, not able to sponsor a visa
· Would like to develop a Women’s Health & Wellness program in their practice
· Employment for 18 – 25 months, partnership track with minimal buy in
· Malpractice, medical and dental at no cost
· Two exam rooms per MD, MA or LPN
· Clinic half days in PM, 4 days per week, see 15 – 18 patients, use Hospitalists
· EMR
· Typical day
o Consults
o Rounding
o Procedures from 7 – 12
o Clinic in the afternoon
· Call is shared 1:5 on weekdays and 1:7 on weekends
