Hospitalist Director Needed - Fort Wayne, Indiana!
Hospital is seeking to recruit a Hospitalist Director to help aide in the growth of our program. The ideal candidate could be someone with experience as a medical director, or perhaps #2 at a program. Experience at a tertiary medical center and having the ability to manage the complex patient is a necessity. We also have an intensivist program and FP residency program that this director would need to interface with.
We would like someone with experience involving:

á Outcome measurement and documentation
á Regional outreach
á Successful recruitment and retention of physicians
