Hospitalist/Nocturnist Opportunity in Northeast Ohio!!
We are currently recruiting a physician who specializes in internal medicine, for the purpose of providing full-time inpatient/hospitalist services to patients at the Hospital. Our recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:
"" Term: Twenty-Four (24) Months
"" Compensation Package: $225,000 annually (higher with experience)
"" Quality Incentive Capped at $15,000
"" Number of Days/Weekends: 12 hour shifts- 7p-7a (7 shifts biweekly)
"" Personal/CME Days Negotiable based on a reduction of base salary
"" Health Insurance Covered
"" Disability Insurance $6,000 per year for documented expenses (taxable)
"" Dues/Membership/CME Fees $5,000 per year for documented expenses
"" Malpractice liability Covered by practice
"" Pension Plan 401(k) with a 4% Match
"" Sign on Bonus $15,000
"" Education Assistance Negotiable based on need
