Hospitalist Opportunity - Florida Panhandle/Beach location!!
Specialty Needed Hospitalist - join two other practicing hospitalists
Opportunity would be for an internal medicine trained physician to provide inpatient services to only one hospital. Works assigned shifts (15-20 per month). Complete all admissions, discharges, and consults; as requested. Performs stress testing in hospital and at outpatient testing dept
Traditional Inpatient requirements Call - 1:6
Multi-Specialty Group setting Board certified or eligible (leading to boards)
Employee leading to shareholder status - Contract - 2 year w/bonus potential
Bonus formula - 50% - net practice income minus expenses, including salary
Benefits - malpractice, dues (maximum up to $750/yr), health/life/disability insurance, PTO (paid time off 19 days per year), 5 CME days, $1,000 stipend for CME expenses per contract year, Pension/profit sharing (when eligible, after 1st year).
