Hospitalist Opportunity in Central PA - Near Penn State University!
Community hospital with 120 beds.
General hospitalist work (Rounding, admissions and consults)
12 hour shifts, days and nights available. 7 to 7.
Typical patient load is 12 to 15
ICU is open (Hospitalist are required to see patients in the ICU)
Hopsitalist who are qualified are welcome to do procedures, but are not required (but would be helpful).
Specialist in: Pulmonology, Nephrology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Neurology are always available for consults.
During daylight there is an actual person, night hours will be covered by a telemedicine ""eICU"" from Danville. Therefore critical care advice is available 24 hours a day.
Total Compensation package is over $240K/year.
