Hospitalist Opportunity in Ocala, FL!!
Ocala - The opportunity is with the Hospitalist Group. They are a 12 physician group that covers our two facilities in Ocala. They are a dynamic group that is very serious about medicine, but also has a very relaxed working environment. They operate on a 7on/7off schedule. They rotate nights throughout the group between both hospitals. Usually about every 6th week on you will be on nights (this number is determined by number in group). Hospital provides a quality bonus to each physician on a quarterly basis. You have the potential to earn up to an additional 40k/year. The hospitalists do provide ICU coverage, but there are intensivists on staff to provide support if/when needed.
