Building a Hospitalist program. We are actively interviewing Hospitalists for our program.
•Medical Directorship available
•Flexible block scheduling (7 on/7 off, 5 on/5 off)
•Full-time staffing: 2 physicians, 1 per week
•Protected Nights: 2 NP’s will cover nights, 1 per week
•Average daily encounters per physician: 14-17 per day
•Open ICU – specialists available for procedures. Vent Management required
•Very competitive compensation package

•Would like a physician to read stress test to improve discharge for cardiology patients

Employed, salary with incentive. Base salary ranges from $210-220k with the opportunity to earn an additional $20,000 on Quality Incentives. We will consider additional compensation for candidates interested/qualified for Medical Director role, 10-15k stipend per year.
*Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (with Hospitalist experience) Residency Trained Candidates will be considered.
