"Details: Partnership opportunity for BC/BE Neurosurgeon in Tennessee. New surgeon will be joining one other physician locally in addition to two other physicians in a secondary location. Call will be 1:4. Practice will have a lot of spine & cranial work and can be tailored a bit to subspecialty interest. Local hospital is in the process of becoming a Level I trauma center. They have a recently constructed OR. This private practice strives for a good work/life balance. Some of the partnership dynamics (benefits, time to partner, etc) will be discussed with candidates. The hospital will provide an income guarantee--ball park of $600k. This is a small metro area in TN. Enjoy hiking, golf, biking, and water sports. Excellent public and private schools."
