New Colorado OB-GYN position!!

We have 2 OB’s now and 1 FP that does OB. We also have a mid level NP who is doing outpatient prenatal. One of the OB’s is leaving. All providers are on board and supportive of a new physician coming in. Call is 1:3 – when on call you are covering all calls – not just your patients. Could employ as a hospital salaried employee or put into private practice. We are looking for a Board Certified (unless candidate is coming out of training) OB-GYN to join the community. Candidate can be a new grad or practicing. We do 450 deliveries a year. We have 50 beds, 5 OR’s, 4 birthing suites, 6 post partum rooms, and we are working on becoming a level 2 nursery (right now we do not have a level). Position requires C-sections and Gynelogical surgery. We have a 4D ultrasound with a technician who handles it. Would see about 15-25 patients a day. Most high risk is sent to Denver. No. NICU. Payor mix is 50% Medicaid and 45% commercial, and 5% self pay. ER volume is very small. Ready to interview now. Income in the $300K range with a signing bonus of around $30K and relocation allowance, etc
