Family Practice office
Schedule: office hours include one evening per week, rotating Saturdays (1 in 5), nursing home visits and on-call rotation.
Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or eligible. FP Residency trained.
Ideal candidate will be a team player who will recognize responsibilities to the group and willing to help grow the practice.
Reason for hiring: Promote growth in the practice and plan ahead for retirement of providers.
Staff: 5 MDs and 1 CRNP
Hours: M-Th: 8a-8p; F: 8a-6p; S: 8a-12p
Office equipment/procedures: EKG, PFT, laceration repair, lesion removal-cryo
Percent inpatient vs. outpatient: 98% outpatient, 2% nursing home, 0% inpatient
Active patients: 10,000
Number of patients seen per day: 25 per day shift
Will accept Practicing Candidates or New Graduates!
