The first bonus is based on your gross billings/charges annually. So it is purely based on your productivity and what billings you generate. We will pay you 25% of your gross billings/charges annually that are in excess of your business plan annual gross billing target.
For example, if your annual business plan gross billing target is $400,000 (or $33,000 a month) and your actual gross billings at the end of 12 months is $480,000, then we will issue you a bonus for $28,000 in addition to your annual income. There is also an opportunity for you to earn an additional 5% of your base income based on a set of measures/indicators aligned with the Medical Center's 5 Strategic values of safety, service, relationships, quality and performance.
