New: Hospitalist Opportunity - 1 hour from Metro Philadelphia!!
Salary is non-negotiable - $180K - $200K base for experienced. Incentive up to 20% of base (factors include press ganey scores, quality measure, productivity).
We require 16 shifts per month Ð 2 nights, 2 weekends. Self-scheduling with a min of 3 shifts in a row. We pay $1100 for shifts above 16. With PTO, CME, etc., the hospitalists work on average 14 shifts per month. These are 12 hour shifts Ð 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a.
PTO allowance is 224 hours per year. IPA is 64 hours per year (used for longer term illness Ð more than 4 days out sick at a time).
