Internal Medicine Ð Join a MSG, The Clinic with a shared call rotation of 1:5. This is a traditional in and out patient position, (no Hospitalists). The group continues to experience strong growth. We are looking due to the retirement of outgoing Internist. Relocation Paid and $50,000 sign on bonus. Paid CME, Retirement, Vested immediately from day 1 with 401K. One week of CME at $2,500, 4 weeks of vacation, bonus structure, full medical, paid mal practice. Group uses EMR. Compensation is strong and the reimbursement is superb. Clinic is a 60 year old, physician owned group that is located in a 32,000 square foot facility right on the hospital campus. Multi-specialties are offered in OBGYN, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Pathology. The facility also has a full laboratory and x-ray department. The average internist in Elko makes about $225K per year working very lightly, and a couple of them make well over $300K. Much more is possible if they really want to work hard. Acceptable candidates are B/E, B/C with excellent communication skills, and IMPORTANT - H-1B physicians who did not previously complete a fellowship or residency training on a J-1 visa. We CANNOT accept any other VISA candidates including J-1s. Perm position only, no locums. Practicing candidates strongly preferred as position is available immediately but will certainly consider 2012 residents and fellows.
