Employed practice opportunities supported by Hospital. Each practice has an Operations Manager who assists with hiring staff for each practice. All physicians receive full benefits including paid time off, health, dental and life insurances, retirement options, annual CME with $5,000 stipend. Compensation model includes a 1st year guaranteed salary with productivity/WRVU incentives. 2nd year and moving forward, compensation is based on productivity. Office hours are open Monday - Friday. Shared call with other physicians, weekdays and weekends. This will vary depending on the specialty and opportunity. The goal for each practice is to build a traditional office based practice, and see consults, patients, and referrals in the hospital. All physicians have hospital privileges. The incoming physician will be placed in an existing office, or in a start-up practice.

Call 1:2 or 1:3 weekly
Salary $450,000 +
