" Term Twenty-Four (24) Months
" Compensation Package $228,000 Base Salary
" Health Insurance Covered by the Practice
" Disability Insurance $6,000 per year for Documented Expense (taxable)
" Dues/Membership/CME Fees $5,000 per year for Documented Expense
" Malpractice Liability Covered by Practice
" Personal/CME Leave 4 weeks (20 days) paid time off for vacation/sick/CME time
