New OUTPATIENT Opportunity in Amarillo, Texas!!
This opportunity is for an experienced IM/FP Physician with Geriatric experience for a new clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new practice with excellent growth potential. The clinic will serve the Medicare population for Amarillo. This is a growing demographic with current shortages in care options. The staff of the new clinic will consist of 1 physician plus 3 support staff. Candidates should be BC or BQ (board qualified) and although a Geriatric Medicine fellowship is preferred, it is not required. Candidates with geriatric experience are encouraged to apply. Spanish is beneficial, however, not required. Caseload is expected to average up to 20 patients per day with 1:4 call with rotating weekends. This is an outpatient opportunity with no inpatient care provided. Enjoy a competitive salary with 25% bonus potential.
Qualifications Preferred:
Experience in an outpatient setting
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of training)
Experience in Geriatrics – fellowship not required
Texas licensed or in process
Compensation:
This will be a salary position with production bonus potential.
Salary will be based on experience and will be in accordance to the national averages based on M.G.M.A. compensation data -
Medical Malpractice will be covered, full health insurance can be purchased, vacation paid time off (15 days, plus major holidays), CME expenses, sign on bonus and relocation
