o Compensation - $615K (to include relocation allowance and commitment bonus);
o Year Two - $625K or WRVUs;
o Year Three - WRVUs with potential to earn above the 75th%;
o Call 1:3;
o Unreferred ER call limited to 7 days a month - very little trauma;
o State of the art OR facilities with block scheduling;
o Dedicated Anesthesia Team with 7 MDs and 7 CRNAs;
