Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunities - Metro Indianapolis!!
Position description:
The Health Center is currently seeking board certified Family
Medicine physicians for opportunities located on the metro east side of Indianapolis. These new
practices will provide extended after-hours care to a variety of patients. Ideal candidates will
have a passion for serving the underserved, be comfortable with chronic disease management,
and have the desire to build a strong practice. These full-time opportunities offer a shared, low volume
call schedule and the ability to care for a diverse patient panel.
The Health Center serves the local community, regardless of
insurance or income, with an emphasis on integrating medical and behavioral health along with
access to various other social services. The center offers primary health care services, including
preventive and annual exams, well-child care, acute care and certain procedures. The center also
focuses on the management of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiac disease and depression.
