IM - Traditional Outpatient an Hour South of Cleveland

As this independent practice continues to grow, it is looking to add another internist to their team of four BC physicians. With over 8,500 active charts and a current patient load around 20-22 per day, this group enjoys the convenience of an onsite lab, DEXA scan, chest x-ray, and EKG capabilities. Better yet, the only thing separating the physicians from their patients in the hospital is a skywalk! The easy access between the hospital and the office provides peace of mind for both the patients and physicians. Additionally, this well-established, traditional practice is also in the process of applying for NCQA status and expects to receive it soon. They have also become very comfortable with EMR and computerized physician order entry.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and enjoy a relaxed and respectable atmosphere while in the office. The hard-working physician will also receive competitive compensation with the option of buying into the practice after two years. Profit sharing, shared holiday call, generous vacation time, and quarterly bonuses are also highlights of the opportunity.
