Pediatric Urgent Care Opportunities in Metro Dallas, TX!!

Practice Opportunities:

Opportunities exists for full-time, permanent Pediatrics physicians to work for, and within the organization in the metro Dallas market. the ability to build their practice in their communities and offer continuity to the families they care for.

16 shifts/month.

Recruitment Parameters
Parameters are as follows:
o Candidates must be board certified or board eligible, and must have completed or be in the process of completing a US residency in Pediatrics.
o Allopathic and Osteopathic physicians will be considered equally
o American born/trained physicians and foreign-born physicians who have completed a US residency and/or fellowship will be considered equally, as long as, at minimum, they hold a current and valid green card

Financial Package
The incoming physician will be an employee and paid an hourly wage (very competitive/negotiable)

In addition, the physician can make a quarterly bonus of $10,000 per quarter based on quality measures. Physicians receive full benefits, including mal-practice ($2million), health and dental for the entire family, non-matching 401(K) and 1 week CME($1500 allowance). In addition you are Reimbursed for TX License and DEA.

Vacation- PTO accrues as follows:
Years 1-3 = 3 weeks; 4th year = 4 weeks; 5th year > = 5 weeks.

The benefit package also includes a 250K life insurance policy and an excellent disability policy. In addition, there is a sign-on bonus and relocation expenses.
