PHYSICIANS NEEDED FOR 2 URGENT CARE CENTERS - NEAR ALLENTOWN & WILKES-BARRE, PA!!
We have 2 Urgent Care Centers that have available positions.
The first is located between Allentown and Wilkes Barre, PA. These are 12 hour shifts 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday. Average 25 patients per day
2 nurses at any one time
The second is located near Allentown, PA. Initial services will include an urgent care center, radiology and lab services, and physician offices. We will mostly likely put in a PCP practice, and an OB practice. Will open shortly.
The urgent care center will be 6,000 square feet with 9 exam rooms. Service mix will include adult urgent care, occupational health, and pediatric urgent care.
Lab and radiology immediately adjacent to the center. We do plan to have PA/NP staffed 80% of the time, nurse staffed 100% and an MA staffed 75% of the time. Hours 8A to10P and weekend 8A to 4P. One physician staffed at all times. One PA or NP staffed M – F 10 AM – 6:30 PM & Saturday/Sunday 8 AM – 4 PM – since it’s a new site, we will determine shifts when docs are hired.
One RN staffed at all times. One MA staffed from M – F 8 AM – 8 PM. One registration staff person at all times. There will also be a manager and a clerical person. The support we plan to place around them is excellent.
Compensation
Right now we are looking at a base compensation of $180,000 + with an incentive program that could earn you about 12% of base comp. The incentive plan is still being worked on, but would probably include patient satisfaction scores, individual volume and practice growth measures. The contract lists an annual salary, but if more shifts are worked, then an hourly comp kicks in.
