Primary Care/Geriatrics Opportunity in Suburban Philadelphia!!
The group is looking for someone who wants to work in Philadelphia area two days per week and York, Lancaster areas (not necessarily limited to just these areas - so definitely some driving with this position) three days per week.
Position also calls for weekend call shared between other doctors in the practice.
There are 4 physicians and 8 P.A.s (they are working to hire a 5th physician and 9th P.A.).
They work in about 80 nursing homes and 3 hospitals. Currently 1 of the 4 docs rounds every weekend at 1 of the hospitals and the other docs round 1:4 weekends. When they hire a 5th doc, it will be 1:5.
It's feasible to round from 7PM-10:30PM on Sat and on Sunday and be done.
They take call from home 1:5 (P.A.s take call until 7PM, and then docs take call 7PM-7AM).
Although they don't currently have ""office practice"", they would be willing to set that up for you if you were wanting to pursue it.
This is an employed position.
Base Salary: $Negotiable
