Psychiatrist/Medical Director Behavioral Health Program in the Philadelphia suburbs!
Hospital, located in beautiful Chester County, PA, is recruiting a full time Medical Director who will be responsible for the leadership of our three (3) distinct psychiatric programs.
Hospital's behavioral health program is the only provider of inpatient adult psychiatric care in Chester County. The 64 bed behavioral health pavilion has three (3) distinct program focuses: an inpatient eating disorders unit (20 bed unit), a general adult inpatient unit (28 bed unit), and an older adult behavioral health unit (16 bed unit).
The Medical Director will be responsible for:
· providing recovery focused, quality patient care
· management of physician staff
· consultative services in the general hospital
· attendance at meetings within community settings
The successful candidate will be board certified or board eligible in psychiatry and have an active Pennsylvania license.
