Psychiatry Opportunity in NE Ohio

Practice

As the only hospital in the County to provide inpatient psychiatry services, Hospital is looking to employ a third psychiatrist to join the team. With the support of LSIWs, counselors, and over 30 RNs, the ideal candidate will enjoy the work-life balance of 1:4 call (by phone triage only) and a manageable inpatient load. Providing both inpatient and outpatient services will allow the candidate to build and maintain their referral base and patient relationships on a regular basis. Additionally, Hospital is one of the only facilities in Ohio to have a behavioral health navigator on staff.

The inpatient unit has 20 beds and the average census is capped depending on the number of physicians available. The outpatient office is located in the physician office building adjacent to the hospital, easily accessible via skywalk for the convenience of both the patient and physician. The brand new office welcomes patients with a spacious waiting room, attractive physician offices, and comfortable meeting rooms and currently employs two nurse practitioners.
